Club Meetings

     Board of Directors meetings are held on the first Monday of each month unless that day falls on a legal holiday.  Board meetings are open to members, but members do not participate in discussions unless asked to comment.  Members can request the president add topics be discussed to the agenda with at least 4 days notice.

     Per the TCCC bylaws, the club will hold semi-annual meetings of the general membership and monthly meetings of the club officers who comprise the Board of Directors. 

     The semi-annual meetings are held during the second and fourth quarters of the club's fiscal year.
