Hello to you all. This is a bit late, but our Semi-Annual meeting was delayed, and I wanted to wait until after the St. Patrick’s Day party was completed. Speaking of that event, it was a complete success. Thanks to Natalie and her crew it was flawless. The weather finally cooperated and y’all brought great snacks and desserts. We also had some good wine and Irish beer to help wash the good food down.
I’d like to welcome all our new members. The best way to get acquainted is to attend these social events. Our TCCC family is friendly, and we welcome your attendance. What initially brings us together is croquet, but what keeps us together is friendship, good socialization and fun.
On a more serious note, although we now have the cabinet on our pavilion, we still have that big old box there as well. It has very few contents and admittedly it’s not very attractive. However, at the St. Patrick Day’s event it served the “important” function on being the “table” to hold the beer. I’m aware there are mixed feelings about keeping the box. Personally (just my humble opinion), I think that box should go. The real question is, do we want to replace it with one about half the size for additional storage AND to act as an additional small table for such things as beer, etc., or get rid of it without a replacement?
This issue will be brought up at the next Board meeting, which, unfortunately, I’ll be unable to attend. I would like YOUR thoughts on the subject. Ultimately, it’s the Board’s decision, but YOUR input would be helpful. Essentially there are three choices:
1. Keep the current box.
2. Get rid of the box and do NOT replace it at all.
3. Get rid of the current box and replace it with a smaller one.

Our National Croquet Day social with the TC police and fire fighters was one of over 10 clubs to be recognized by the USCA on their website and by CroquetNews in the latest edition. Our group photo and Terry's write up of the event were published in both place. Only 9 other clubs were part of the article.
The TCCC website can be accessed on your phone's browser. Look for it at the usual place:
Peter is a former member of the Penn State Croquet Club. He is currently working on his Masters Degree in Advanced Athletic Training at USC. He is currently the head trainer at Airport HS in Columbia.
If customers can’t find it, it doesn’t exist. Clearly list and describe the services you offer. Also, be sure to showcase a premium service.
Having a big sale, on-site celebrity, or other event? Be sure to announce it so everybody knows and gets excited about it.
